Jon Rognrud’s writing style was compelling and to the point. I enjoyed his direct approach to providing so much useful information. As a business owner who does not have an abundance of free time, this book helped me focus on the tasks at hand to promote my consulting business online. As I prepare content for my new website, the insights into keywords, a seed list, social media sites and other tips to improve my SEO and SEM will be invaluable. Good job!

I went looking for a book that could instruct me on the ins and outs of search engine marketing (SEO). After spending some time reviewing the options, I decided to purchase Mr. Rognerud’s book and am thoroughly pleased with my choice. I found his book to be extremely informative and helpful in terms of how to set my web site up to rank higher on search engines and drive more traffic to my site. As a bonus, I also learned a great deal about click through marketing, a subject totally foreign to me previously. The book also comes with a CD that is loaded with related content and examples. In addition, great detail is given about how to drive qualified buyer traffic to your web site and how to convert that traffic into sales when it arrives. The biggest surprise was when I emailed Mr. Rognerud with a question, he emailed me right back.
The author’s expertise and knowledge in the area of search engine optimization, marketing and web marketing shows through in a well written book that will appeal to the non-technical and technical reader alike. I highly recommend this book for those looking to increase traffic to their web site. Whether you are a businessperson or a programmer, if you want to optimize your web site, you need this book.

This book is great for novices who don’t know a lot about SEO because it’s really easy to understand and contains tons of practical advice. I found it very useful, and my website moved up in the rankings almost immediately after I started implemented what it said.
